Vision Classic Since its introduction at the 1995 IDS in Cologne, Germany, Vision Classic has established itself as an easy to use ceramic with consistant shade accuracy. As a clinically proven ceramic, Vision Classic is now used in over 36 countries.
Compatible with alloys having a CTE of 13.8 – 15.2µm/mK (25 - 600°C)
Precious alloys
Wohlwend's unique processing yields ideal grain size and pigment distribution. Benefits of this unique process include:
The vital shade reproduction and natural fluorescence of Vision porcelains correspond to natural teeth. This replication of nature can be obtained by either using a basic two layer buildup or by incorporating additional dentine and incisal modifiers into the restoration.
Semi-precious
Non-precious
Non greening in combination with alloys containing silver
Consistently accurate shade reproduction - V shades A1 - D4
Easy handling
No slumping during build up
Less shrinkage during firing
Vizion Esthetic With growing interest in low fusing glass lucite ceramic systems, and having had success with Vision high fusing ceramic, Wohlwend AG was prompted to develop Vision Esthetic dual low fusing ceramic. Since its introduction at the 1999 IDS in Cologne, Germany, Vision Esthetic has established itself as an esthetically superior low fusing ceramic for both pressable and PFM restorations. Production processes are similar to those of Vision Classic, thus giving technicians the same advantages in shade accuracy and handling.
Dual Low Fusing Porcelain for Pressable and PFM restorations
Compatible with PFM Alloys CTE range 15.9 - 16.7( 25 - 500°C)
The vital shade reproduction and natural fluorescence of Vision Esthetic corresponds to natural teeth. This replication of nature can be obtained by either using a basic two layer buildup or by incorporating additional dentine and incisal modifiers into the restoration. Vision Esthetic also offers a selection of 54 pressable ingots for build up and staining techniques, with opacities ranging from 25% to 85%.
Kinder to natural dentition - Vickers hardness 470
Consistently accurate shade reproduction - V shades A1 - D4
